The Challenge

Create a Personalization Vending Machine that allows consumers to design their own Kleenex Tissue boxes with favorite box designs, their own picture, and any message they want on the pack and deliver dispense it in 30 seconds or less.

The Idea

A custom built solution was developed for Kleenex allowing consumers to print their own designs or select from a catalogue of 42 designs for the tissue box cover, take or upload their photograph and type in a personal message and have it all created and dispensed in under 30 seconds. Complete setup organized including concept, custom software, venue bookings, international logistics, fabrication, installation, relocation, and promoters Result: +19,700 personalization’s achieved in 6 days beating the set KPI by over 500%
